Has anyone ever converted from manual locks and windows to power ones?

I haven't done it in an S12, but I have before, and it can be a giant PITA...especially putting in the motors, and finding proper suitable power to the windows, then there is the motor adjustment, and the wires that you have to send from the passenger side to the drivers side so that the driver can do both windows, and the lockout switch that controls both windows as well...so yes it is do-able, but make sure you have a wiring diagram, and are somewhat familiar with wiring...8)

Oh you want to do power locks too, same as the windows as what I said above...to be quite honest it would probably be easier to put the doors on with the power windows, and locks than to install all the wiring and motors into your existing doors...
