Does anyone have or know if these springs fit the rear of our s12's?

probably but all that will happen is you will have more negative camber and not much more of a stiffer ride

Suppose to, as there has been a few members that have them on their s12's, along with 280zx ones for the front.
How much they will lower....don't know. I think they will lower a z31 1", so don't know if they will lower a s12 the same, more, or less.
I have the 1" Tokico lowering springs on mine, and Bart is right about the neg. camber........mine sits at -3 degrees on each side, and it's eating the inside edges of my tires pretty good. I'm playing around with the tire pressure and I took them down from 30psi to 24psi on the rear about 1000 miles ago, and the tire wear seems to be equaling out.....so hopefully this is the answer to longer tire life.

I dont mind the Negative Camber all that much. im looking for stiffness. I want stiff springs for the rear. Any other rear spring options? seeing as how these wont stiffen up the rear.!?

well theres this option

You might when you start buying tires on a regular basis. :lick: The ST springs should stiffen up the rear some, and more than the 20 yr old stockers, along with some KYB shocks.
Other than that look in the yellow pages under "springs" There is a place here that makes custom progresive rate springs. I plan to stop by sometime to get info.

Cool, Cuz I'll invest in a set if the price is decent.

I take what I can get, tokico illuminas and ST springs in the back I'm very happy with them.

Keith my car with the tokico lowering springs has 2.5 degrees of negative camber out back. I have 6.5 inch wide aftermarket 15 inch wheels with the stock 195/60/15 tires. The stock wheels are 6 inch wide so i think a slightly wider wheel or tire setup helps reduce the camber angle a little bit.

Yeah......when I first put on the lowering springs I had 225/50/15 tires on the stock 6" rims, and had absolutly no tire wear, and only rotated every 5000-6000 miles. After about a year I got new tires, because these were now about 4 years old and were getting pretty slick.
The wear problem started after I got new skinner tires.......205/55's. They are even the same brand as the old 225/50s......Nitto 450s. I was unaware at first, and the first time I went to rotate them at 5000 miles the threads were exposed on the inside edges on the rears. I had to get 2 new ones because they were so bad. From there I rotated at 3000, and there were still wearing bad, so now I rotate about 1500-2000, and this seems to help, and now that I took the air pressure down to 24psi on the rears, it seemed to widen the foot print enough, and they don't seem to wearing now.
But yeah......I do plan to go back to the 225/50's when these are done. Thanks!!

24psi? How can you stand that? Doesn't the rear end feel squishy while cornering? I would think you would get a lot of sidewall flex only running 24psi. Great in a straight line, but probably a bit uncommunicative in the corners.

With the 205/55's it feels the same if not better than with 30psi in there. If I had the stock 195/60s with that huge side wall, it would probably be a bit sluggish.
