Hey all just got the 200 running well sortof i can get it to idle but it wants to sputter when you put on the gas any clue?
Idles but rpms wont come up

unplug your MAF sensor and see if there is any change, if not it's the MAF sensor.

If its a ca20 try swapping the coilwires. It might be a bad coil. I bought a ca20 s12 with the same problem for $250. He had the car down for two years and couldn't find the problem. He said it needed to be towed. I paid for the car and swaped the wires and drove it home laughing.:)

could also be vacuum lines.. i know on my VG30E that when one of the vacuum hoses was disconnected it would still idle.. but sputter and die when i tried to step on the gas..

as said above for the MAF..do the same for your TPS (throttle position sensor). unplug it, if no difference, look into that..

Yeah, I had the same problem with mine, so I grabbed a KA24 throttle body and used the TPS on that one... :mrgreen:
It would idle, but if you tried to give it gas, it would die out, I could give it gas real lightly and it would get to about 2500 and die. But the TPS fixed it.
