Just kidding, I had to lie, I cant finish my install without that damn injector and absolutely nobody can find me one, I'll buy four if I have too!!!!!
Any way, just to recap, I need
ONE 440cc skyline gtr rb26det top feed yellow-ish clip injector.
Salps12 is trying to find me one, but if anyone in NA knows of a jdm wrecker or something... I would be so thankful, I wanna put this friggin motor in already!!! SO I can bag it!!!!!!

Any way, pics are comin soon!!!

I don't have one (sorry) but you should look up a company called J.K. Japanese, its a shop in vancouver that specializes in japanese stuff. Its worth a shot i guess.

Hey mike, yeah I've had Hanson for PE lookin for my injector for like a month now, but no luck. Luckily though, I just found five injectors for sale on ebay, so I'm gonna use one and sell the set of four for like 50$ canadian or something, if you wanna come check out my s12 w/ ca18det not installed you could come by whenever, otherwise I should have it running in a month or so!!
I have lots of parts still and you could pretty much have anything dirt cheap, all the rear interior panelling is for sale to...all for like 30$ or something... any way I solved my injector problem!!!
Peace!!!!

88turbo bud, you didnt happen to swap in a different gas tank with the engine swap did you ? lol.

88turbodate not saved · #7

Geoff buddy, you need to see where your tank is leaking, maybe it's just the line?? Maybe if it's not a major crack, you can use epoxy putty on it to seal it, easier than swapping a tank!!!??? You gotta check out my car some time, it's so clean and fresh, and soon to be det powered,,... instaed of presently un-powered

Peace

will epoxy not get eaten by gas? if that's the case i'll epoxy the shit out of it, pop it back in, and visit you to see your beast within the week. lol. shit though i wanna see it.

you're scaring me away frrom the det swap though it's taken you so long. if i got the ecu and engine totally complete and in good condition, do you think i could pull the swap in a week or a little more with enough help?

I think I could do the swap in one day for sure, drive there, drive home, the swap is so easy it's rediculous.
If you want, I'll swap it in for you and pull your old motor, but only with a complete harness.

Epoxy should not be eaten by gas, matter a fact they sell stuff made specifically for sealing tanks I beleive, least they do for aluminum tanks anyway.
Peace

Ther only reason It's taking so long to do my swap is cause the motor was freshened up so much and everything was melted together.....
