Noob question most likely but what the hell...
My idle is stuck at 2,000rpms 24/7
When me and my friend installed the KA24DE Throttlebody when he owned the car the problem arose.
Never stopped ever since...how do u adjust the idle?
at startup it will hang around 1200-1400 rpms then once it warms its straight to 2k..
The car has a bnew clutch and i know i'm putting excessive wear on it by slipping it from 2k every time i start out :hit:

...make sure the cables have a little "slack" so the throttles can close off.....there is also a set screw to limit the idle air[located under the throttle linkage],it might need to be reset.
after helping my buddy with his 6puck clutch in his RB25 powered 240SX I was able to adjust my idle back down to 850rpms (spec) :mike:
thanks to Alldata
It's so nice starting out in 1st not at 2200rpms :wall:
HAHAHA...i've screwed that up before..(but it may be different..) Did you swap the springs, etc. from the 200sx TB to the KA24 TB? if not, you may have that problem. also, make sure your springs are turned the correct direction..thats where my problem was...it wouldn't go below 2000 rpm cause i had one spring stretched the wrong way...lol, you'll laugh at urself if you did that!
