let me get everyones opinion on this. my suspension is tein ha in the front and illuminas and st springs in the rear is this good, or should I chang the rears to a ground control coilover and an illumina shock?

Well, going with the Ground Control coilover kit would allow you to make ride height changes and have an unlimited choice of spring lengths and rates. It's definitely a better way to go, it just takes a lot more work. Personally, I think the gains would be worth it. I'm hoping to go that route this winter. For a rear shock, you may even be able to use a Ground Control Advance Design shock, which is double adjustable and 5 million times better than the Illumina's. Unfortunately, they're about $400 each.
