this is easy. the three wires for pwr are easy to find, black=ground, yellow is batt=hot all times(for memory), and red is pwr or acc ignition whatever you want to call it. The the speaker wires are easy to find and match as well, grab a wire and a "AA" battery, hold the one wire to one end of the "AA" and cycle through the rest of the wires til you hear some static coming from a speaker you know what wires are a pair and to what speaker they go to. Repeat this process until you have four sets of wires for the speakers. Have fun.
I'm sure you will probably have some wires left over, like pwr antena, controls for the lights to dim and stuff like that, just snip the ends so there is no exposed wire showing and hang them out of the way, just so there's no posibility of them shorting something out.

Here is a link to a pdf that I found on the old board. This has the pin outs for the radio it looks like and tells the colours.

You do not need the wires that were there previously...switched power off of power antenna, constant off of interior lights, and ground to the chassis firewall...For speakers test for 4 ohms...it takes a while, but it works. Once you find four ohms hok that to one channel in the new head unit...that tells you which speaker it is...
