Can anyone confirm that FJ NA and Turbo engines use the same injectors??
One of mine (FJ20ET) has broken the hard plastic base piece and is leaking.
Has anyone upgraded their injectors and have a spare lying around in their garage???
Many thanks
Jon

I am not sure, but here is a set of 4 injectors on ebay for real cheap, and they are located in Australia. [URL=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4563127022&category=102336&ssPageName=WDVW&rd=1]Here

The black mounting block is the part that broke.

I sell 460cc injectors, (same brand as original, nippon denso) for $35 each (Australian) that will fit an FJ20, if you have programmeable ECU. (By the way one of the injectors in the picture on ebay is different to the other 3,hence the description of problems, as he probable is selling them as he can't get the car to run right. Which it never will with that set as I recognize the 4th injector and its got way higher flow than the other 3!!)

But if you wanted 3 spare FJ20ET injectors as backups to your existing ones, $30 would be a bargain!!

the actual body of the injector, is the part with the number moulded into it.
this is the part that will be green/white(ish). just below where the fuel hose connects to it...

so do you need the actual injector, or just the mounting block (the black part)?

pm me your phone number and ill give you a call about it....

Thanks for the offer Adam.
Craig was a gem and sent me down one last week.
Haven't fitted it yet - too busy at work, but the panic should be over in a couple of weeks...
Appreciate your kindness.

Jon

heehee :-)

saw a nice AM alloy intake on yahoo japan a while back with dual injectors bosses - running a std set + a set of 550s.

hmmm, petrol is far too expesive for that sort of extravagence :p

I aquired a stash of em for spares as I machined some to custom fit my 550s, only broke 2 8]

cheers
