The ka24e/de engine sub section has a lot of stickies with wiring info. I'm sure the non stickied threads have some information to be had as well if you don't mind spending some time searching them. Sterlings (as sideways mentioned) write ups especially tend to be gold. He was the one that I got my ca18et to ka24de wiring info from and it fired right up after using the wiring info he gave me. Here is a stickied write up he made for the ca20e to s14 ka24de: http://club-s12.org/v3/index.php?topic=29782.0. I think the mk1/mk2 ca20 and s13/s14 ka-de's might have a bit different wiring colors so you should double check that but hopefully besides that his thread will give you an idea what needs to be done. The beating in your floorboard part sucks. My undercarriage was pristine too so it hurt all that much more when I had to take the hammer to it for the clearance :'(.

So I'm not finding the plugs on either side of the harnesses! That plug is the only one with some of the colored ites on the chart.
